One concept in four variations, each sized 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16: twelve static ads ready to test on Facebook and Instagram. Four takes on one idea give Meta the creative variety it needs while keeping the test clean. Finals arrive named and sized ready for Ads Manager. Three rounds of feedback per brief.

## How a month runs

Briefs go in through a short form in the workspace, ideally in the first ten days, with the objective, copy, imagery and any references. Nathan works through them across the month, designs come back as they're ready for feedback, and every brief is delivered by the end of the month. What wins informs the next brief. There is no fixed per-ad turnaround: it is monthly creative.

## How it compares

A performance creative agency, without the agency: one senior designer at a flat monthly rate, compared with an agency (account managers, layered teams, higher retainers) or hiring in-house (salary and employer costs).

## FAQ

**Who designs the work?** Nathan Snell personally, with no juniors and no outsourcing. The client roster is kept small on purpose.

**Are the ads produced by AI?** No. Every ad is designed by hand; generative tools are used only to extend existing product imagery.

**Who owns the ads?** The client. Once paid for, the finished ads are theirs to use anywhere, on Meta or any other channel.

**Are source files included?** No. Final ads are flattened JPEG or PNG files.

**Can I cancel anytime?** Yes. Rolling monthly subscription, no contract, no notice period.

**What if Nathan is ill or away?** Clients hear as early as possible, and billing can be paused to match.

**Can you sign an NDA?** Yes, a confidentiality agreement can be put in place before work begins.
